I am so blown away right now!!!
This was a crazy harvest, and we've got enough to share. Here at the Abundant Harvest Homestead Jerusalem Artichokes, AKA Sunchokes, are one of those plants that help us live up to our name. Amazingly, the children and I just pulled in a 100# harvest after planting only 25 square feet!!! We know that a number of people have been desiring to get some of their own, so we are pleased to let you know that these are now available in our Homesteader's Co-op Store. Links below!
