Sea with no ice? My first time of seeing this. The snow is melted and water now flowing.

I think the bulbs may be poisonous but that doesn't stop them from scratching them up.

You should collect that seaweed.. it's excellent fertilizer for the garden once composted..

The wind is here, too! Last night it was banging everything around, howling, blowing trash out of the dumpster next door (ours is in the garage, theirs is outside), causing a dog alarm to go off at four AM...
Buddy is the miniest of all minnies hey? D'awww...the poor little thing walks with this crazy wobble...has a scissor beak...such a trooper I tell ya.
Our wind was nothing like what you are describing, effing dumpster lids anyways!! WTFF alarms going off, that sounds crazy...!
HA I have seen it set off a car alarm before, but in this instance I meant it howled really loudly and then a dog freaked out about it. So:

In your photo one senses spring!!! Oh my God, daffodils!!! As I love the first green shoots, which make their way from land. It's magic. Daffodils grow in my garden, but I won't see them until the end of April .
P.s. "one of the Batman's" is a cool name) You know, what I like the in him? - blowing color of the feathers. I don't even know how to call this color

Yay, spring is poking up through the ground! Great to see bulbs beginning to shoot. Beginning to thaw here too and hoping to get out tomorrow after a full week indoors. I have cabin fever ;) Love the petrol blue shaded feathers on the unnamed chicken, and father & son.

I absolutely love the colouring in your roosters...so beautiful! I ran across some ducks in a pen in someone's yard here the other day with the same colouring as your hens and roosters. So strange, I'd never seen ducks look like that. I'm working on another walkwithme post I'll put them in for you to see. So cool, but so weird.
I also stepped in a huge pile of dung that the people had just shovelled out on the grass between the sidewalk and their fence line. That's what I get for creepin' on their ducks I guess haha

We are also tired of winter, but in the concrete jungle, I find winter less appealing...I don't mind it too much but this one seems to drag on an on.
We start our homesteading journey early June this year....leaving the city.
