1- The coffee prevents type 2 diabetes.
A study from the canadian researchers shows that a moderate usage of coffee ( one or two cups a day ) is absolutely harmless in any stage of the reproductiv cycle, including pregnancy and nursing. An unusual study, conducted independently by a group of german doctors proved that handwriting abilities can be improved by consuming caffeine. After drinking two cups of coffee, the volunteers wrote faster, more fluent and more calligraphic.
5 - Coffee does not refrain us from dreaming.
Many people state that, if they drink coffee in the evening, they no longer can sleep. Although, according to recent studies, it seems, that despite the fact that consuming a cup of coffee in the evening, before bed, might give us a harder time getting asleep, this habit does not affect the dream phase, neither the deep sleep one. Not even a high consumption of 7 cups a day can affect the quality of sleep.
