Hey guys I wanted to share this quick and easy 20 minute step by step vegan pasta I made. I’m sensitive to dairy so I needed to find another option and this was it! So excited to share this.
Pasta- 2.00$
Peas-1.99
Optional- tomatoes.. I had some left over and added 9 grape tomatoes.
Vegan pasta sauce- this is fancy sauce you don’t need to get this one but it was the only vegan Alfredo I could find. Any Alfredo sauce is fine 8.00$
Garlic-1.99
First add water to a pot. I added about 2 cups or until it looks a little half full. Wait until it’s at a boil
Add pasta and wait until soft. I normally take one out and bite into it until it taste good to me. One soften drain
Next add 1 cup of peas in separate pan and add 1 cup of water to boil.
Chopped up tomatoes cut in half
When peas are boiled and soft put it in a strainer. And leave to the side
Now with the same pan add the tomatoes. Add garlic
Now add the boiled peas to the pan and add pasta sauce. Leave on medium to low heat with pasta sauce for 10 minutes. Sorry for not adding the pic with the pasta sauce.
Now add pasta sauce to pasta. This was a total of 764 calories on this plate if your watching your calories. I added 6oz of pasta and 4oz of sauce. And calculated the peas the tomatoes. If your not checking your calories eat away. :)

I didn't know you could buy vegan Alfredo sauce. Game changer.
If you have a sprouts market near you they have it! I found it and was so excited because where can you find vegan alfredo sauce :)
I just moved near one!!!!!!!
