Welcome to 5.Mintes Happiness Formula
For years and years, Ii have researched the science of happiness with the goal of finding what truly works and what never does. I read almost everything I came across to understand the real secret behind happiness. I read so many books, and thousands of articles. I also attended so many seminars in order to find answers about the nature of happiness.

After years and years of searching, I discovered that the majority of happiness advice given and recommended by specialists simply doest ok. Ad even the some pieces of advice that sometimes work have a temporary effect that hardly lasts. I realized that many of the people giving these pieces of advice are rather knowledgeable than knowledgeable.
Its as if ost of those people ae tig to poote ideologies that never really worked for them hoping that they would work for others one day.

For some reason, that I will talk about later, so many people are misled when it comes to happiness. There are billions of unhappy people in the world simply because they follow happiness schools that leave them astray. In the beginning, these people do a good job faking happiness using the new concepts they learnt until they reach a point where they actually believe that these schools are making them happier. However, shortly as the temporary effect of the excitement fades away, these people return back to their happiness set points and they find themselves unhappy again.

Even some of the most popular and renowned happiness schools today fool people into believing that they are happy for a very short period of time before these people find out that they are just faking it. Shortly after following these schools, people discover that they never really felt happy and that they were trying to fake emotions they never experienced.

These people then look desperately for another happiness school that can help them achieve the true happiness they never achieved. Then, they shortly cling to a new dream and believe in it, until again, after some time, they discover that they were led astray and the cycle goes on over and over. This is why you see many happiness seekers changing their ideologies all the time without achieving any long term results.

Happiess lies i gatitude, Happiess oes fo ithi ad Happiness lies in counting your lessigs ae eaples of these ideologies that never work for the majority of people. Whereas these beliefs might be partially right and can affet soeoes happiess levels to a certain extent, the effect is still always too trivial to be considered a true change and too temporary to be considered a lasting one.

You might be wondering how someone can keep moving from one false school to another even though nothing worked for them in the past. The answer is very simple: when a person becomes desperate to believe in something, they will believe in it even if it makes no sense. Do you know why some rumors spread? Its eause people ae so despeate to eliee i the. This is ot the case with all rumors of course but in many cases the desire to believe in something easily turns it into a make-believe rumor. As rational we humans seem to be, we are still controlled by our emotions to a great extent. When we become desperate to get something, our perception of things change and we find it much easier to believe in things even if they make no sense from a logical point of view.

This is why many nonsensical products about happiness become popular very fast. These poduts taget peoples desperation, and as a result they manage to sell really fast. Yet, after the buzz is over, people return back to their misery, seeking another product that can help them become happy.

You might be wondering why some people stick to these beliefs for a long period of time even though they never work for them. Some people keep defending the false schools that never worked for them simply eause its e had fo us huas to hage ou eliefs. The belief change process is usually a very unpleasant process to most people to the extent that they prefer to keep the wrong beliefs rather than changing them. After all no one would want to admit that they believed in something that never existed or that they wasted few years of their lives chasing a shadow. Unfortunately, this is why people fight hard to keep their beliefs even when they are not working.

After all people develop these beliefs because they are too desperate that they need to believe in something. This is why it would take a tremendous amount of courage and effort for a person to admit that the hope, one has long clung to, has been an illusion.
Only the brave ones manage to realize that something is wrong. Those brave ones question their beliefs to find out whether they are truly correct or they were just fooling themselves.
After following many false schools myself, I realized that I was never achieving any results and only deceiving myself. I tried hypnosis, affirmations, visualization, meditation and so many other things but I never got any long term results. Dot get e og, these shools etail have lots of benefits and they can still be of help but when it comes to real long term happiness, you will find that most of them are totally ineffective

But as the years passed and as I went through so many different experiences, I realized that I was doing it wrong. Ad it ast just e because billions of people are still making the same mistakes I used to make without having enough courage to admit that they have taken the wrong path.
I can hardly blame a person for holding on to a false hope just because they want to have hope in their lives. After all, loss of hope is a real bad thing that could lead to depression. Nonetheless, even if the goal was staying hopeful, does it make any sense to chase a mirage in order to remain hopeful a little longer?
I had the privilege of living a very fancy life that was full of different and unexpected experiences. The fact that I have been through so many different situations made me see emotions from so many angles and as a result, Ii ealized hat oks ad hat doest ok.

However, experience alone without knowledge can lead to very wrong conclusions about life. Because I always had this belief, I always kept reading and researching in order to correct any wrong beliefs that I had formed about life as a result of an experience that I didt uite understand.
After years of research and experiments, I managed to reach that level of happiness that everyone was dying for. Believe me, once you are there you will realize that what you have experienced before was not by any means real happiness nor was it even something remotely close to it.
It makes me feel bad to see so many happiness seekers doing the wrong things every day then ending up feeling unhappy. This is why I decided to write a book that helps these people find the true path to happiness so that their journey gets easier and shorter. In this book i will tell you exactly how you can achieve this level of true happiness in the shortest possible period of time possible.
