遊記－「廈．一次」Travel dairy to Xiamen (廈門) (1)

我稱這篇遊記為「廈．一次」，是因為這是我人生的第一次單獨出遊，也是一次散心之旅。
幾年前生活受挫，日子過得辛苦，於是有一天毫無準備下就大膽的獨個拿起背包，隨隨便便打點了一下就出發了。
記得當時廈深高鐵還未通車，從深圳轉乘大巴到廈門，車程是足足差不多十小時！
現在有高鐵方便多了，深廈相距車時只要3小時，車票還比大巴便宜一半有多呢！

Hi everyone, I am going to share my trip to a city called Xiamen, which is located in the southern part of China. I was, alone, traveling there years ago. It was a nice journey though I was planning to give myself a break during the hard time in life.

記得當晚七時上車，朦朦朧朧的睡睡醒醒一整夜，終於凌晨5時多抵步。司機是放我在路邊下車的，猶記得當時還未天亮，只好摸黑找個附近公園坐著等。

I took the bus at 7:00pm and after a uncomfortable journey of ten hours, I arrived at Xiamen at 5:00am! It was even not yet dawning. I tried to have a nap on a bench while I was waiting for the sunrise.

等到天亮後我按著地圖一直走，沿路見到對岸就是著名的鼓浪嶼，它的風景遠看還真是很漂亮的，之後會介紹到。

Later I walked by the seaside and enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulangyu Island, where I had visited later in the trip.

來往廈門市中心與鼓浪嶼的公共交通，就是這種汽船。它還真大的，可容納至少上百人。

走著走到了中山路步行街，這是廈門市中的主要步行街，可我太早來到，只是六時多，所以街上冷清清的
This was the AmoyYatSen Road, which was the main business area in Xiamen. I had been there around 7 so it seems very silent in the street....

於街上找到了當地著名店家，先來一客早餐，地道花生湯及辣面，記得花生湯很甜，真的很甜，但味道是不錯的！
I ordered the local peanuts soap in a famous restaurant. It was sweet and tasty!

吃飽了上路去，經過了廈門大學及白城沙灘，沙灘也算得是水清沙幼，酷熱天氣下真想跳下去暢泳一番。可是它們不是目的地，過門不入，翌日再訪，逕自繼續走。
This was Xiamen University and the beach nearby. I really wished to jump into the water for a swim under the extreme hot weather that day!

就在差點中暑之際，終於走到了今天的目的地 － 曾厝垵
曾厝垵是一個小社區，有很多文化藝術的工作者，裝飾及店鋪，是很適合閒來逛逛的地方，走在當中都感受到自己成了文青。另外這裡也有很多為戀人們的設計的商品，所以也吸引很多小情侶來遊覽，單身狗請戴備太陽眼鏡否則只會被閃瞎了眼。
Zeng Cuo An - finally I arrived at my destination! It was a small community area that you could find shops of artwork, craftsmanship, drawing, etc...here may be the paradise of art workers. It was relaxing walking around.

黃昏時候回到市中心逛逛，順道看看熱鬧的步行街。夜了果然人多了好熱鬧，周圍有吃有看的好繁榮。
這裡的建築都帶點西方的味道，好有特色。
I was having a walk at the town center in the evening. There was crowd of people in the main street and they were having fun with the snacks and street performance.


回到岸邊，原來廈門人都喜歡黃昏時帶來小椅小桌，三五知己聚在一起喝喝茶看日落談談天，很寫意。
Local people like to enjoy the sunset with their friends - they brought along little tables and chairs, having tea, gathering with friends by the seaside.
