I'm a Cooling Fruit

It's a good fruit to cool off on hot summer days. Wash me nicely and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours ... And refresh yourself with cool cherry ...

My benefits are so many that;

I just bought some organic cherries yesterday from Whole Foods because they looked amazing, are in season and Prime members get a discount. Can't wait to try them tonight! And bonus that cherries are amazing for your health. Who said eating healthy doesn't taste good?

Thanks for sharing! Some things about cherries I did not now before now. I just wish they were a little less expensive, lol, or they would be a more regular part of my diet. The best thing about all fruit is that is it meant to be eaten by us. We are literally designed to eat and the fruit is designed to come to us when the time is right.
