In the new test, the iPhone X is out of battery life compared to the two remaining Apple models launched in late 2017.

Phone X has beautiful design, support for face recognition and many features. Still, many have questioned whether it is worth the $ 1,000 price tag and more than the iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus.

The answer depends on each person's point of view, evaluation and pocket. For example, if the design of the iPhone X outperformed the dominant, but if the importance of battery life, the user should consider.

The CNet Tech page has done a battery review on some phones. In the test video playback with screen brightness at 50%, iPhone X exhausted the first battery, after 11.45 hours of continuous running. iPhone 8 still lasts for nearly two hours and runs out of battery after 13.5 hours, while iPhone 8 Plus is 13.75 hours.

Remarkably, iFixit previously dissected the iPhone X and discovered this phone is equipped with 2.716 mAh battery, a bit higher than the iPhone 8 Plus is 2,691 mAh.

However, the capacity is still much lower than the Galaxy Note8 (3,300 mAh) or Pixel 2 XL (3,520 mAh). As a result, all three Apple phones lost to Android competitors in the review, when the Galaxy Note8 or OnePlus 5T can play video continuously beyond 17 hours.

CNet also shared, the battery life of the iPhone X when used daily average between the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8. Despite the larger battery, the OLED screen is brighter and consumes more power than the LCD screen. .
