In the center of Vitosha Boulevard in Sofia, my girlfriend and I were looking for a typical restaurant in the area, to appreciate the uses and consumption of local citizens.
We find this small restaurant by chance, recommended by a passerby to whom we had asked for advice, and we enter a fantastic restaurant, beautiful and particular, very nice.
Being intolerant to gluten, we ask if there were dishes for celiacs and, to our astonishment, there are 3 or 4 of them. Perfect! We try it.
We order a fillet of meat and a grilled sausage with a side dish.
Really good, and said by a meat lover, it's certainly true.
All accompanied by an excellent Italian wine. A Tuscan Chianti.
Then we concluded with a typical dessert, similar to a Catalan cream, edible even by celiacs.
To finish the dinner obviously could not miss a good coffee.
Certainly to try, a typical Bulgarian restaurant, equipped with everything, even excellent dishes for those with food intolerances.
Highly recommended, take a tour to see the Shtastlivetsa.
