ေတာအုပ္ေလးတစ္ခုထဲမွာ လူမ်ိဳးတစ္စုေနထိုင္ၾကတာေပါ့။ အ့ဲေတာအုပ္ေလးဟာ ျပင္ပေလာကသားေတြကို မျမင္ဖူးၾကဘူး။ သူတို႔က ငါးပါးသီလကို ေစာင့္ထိန္းတ့ဲ လူေတြပဲ႐ွိတ့ဲေနရာေလးမွာေပါ့။ ျပင္ပေလာကသားေတြကလဲ အ့ဲေနရာကိုမျမင္ဖူးသလို႔ သူတို႔ကလဲျပင္ပေလာကသားေတြကိုမျမင္ဖူးၾကဘူး။
ဟိုးအရင္ကဆို လူေတြရ့ဲအသက္ဟာ အလြန္႐ွည္ၾကာၾကပါတယ္။ သူတို႔မွာ ေလာဘလဲမ႐ွိ ေသာကလဲမ႐ွိေတာ့ အသက္႐ွည္႐ွည္ေနထိုင္ၾကတာေပါ့။ ငယ္ငယ္ကၾကားဖူးတ့ဲပံုျပင္ေလးတစ္ပုဒ္လိုေပါ့။ ဟိုးအရင္ေခတ္ကဆိုရင္လူေတြဟာ ငါးပါးသီလပုိလဲ ေစာင့္ထိန္းၾကတယ္ ေလာဘေတြ ေမာဟေတြ ေသာကေတြကင္းစင္ေတာ့ သူတို႔ အစာေရစာအတြက္ ပူစရာမလိုေလာက္ေအာင္ သစ္ပင္ေတြ႐ွိၾကတယ္။ အ့ဲသစ္ပင္ေတြဟာ လူတို႔အစာေရစာေတြ လိုအပ္တ့ဲ အခ်ိန္တိုင္းေပးေလ့႐ွိတယ္။ အခ်ိန္ကာလေတြလဲၾကာလာေတာ့ လူတို႔ဟာ သူတစ္ပါးပစၥည္းေတြလဲခိုးလာတတ္ၾကတယ္။ မုသားစကားေတြလဲေျပာလာတတ္ၾကတယ္။ အ့ဲလိုန႔ဲ အစာေရစာေတြ ေပးတ့ဲအပင္ကေသဆံုးသြားခ့ဲၿပီး လူတိုင္းဟာကိုယ္တိုင္စိုက္ပ်ိဳးစားခ့ဲၾကတယ္။ လူတိုင္းဟာလဲ အခ်ိနိေတြ ေခတ္ေတြေျပာင္းလာတာန႔ဲအမွ် အသက္ေတြကလဲ အရင္ကေလာက္မ႐ွည္ၾကေတာ့ပဲ ေသဆံုးၾကေတာ့တယ္။ လူတိုင္းရ့ဲဘဝေတြဟာ အို၊နာ၊ၿပီးေသဆံုးၾကတာပါပဲေလ။
အ့ဲလိုန႔ဲ အ့ဲရြာထဲကလူေတြကေတာ့ သီးျခားဆိုသလို အသက္ရွည္႐ွည္န႔ဲေနထိုင္ၾကတာေပါ့။ တစ္ေန႔ေတာ့ အ့ဲရြာေလးထဲက ေမာင္ေမာင္ဆိုတ့ဲ လူတစ္ေယာက္က လူ႔ေလာကသို႔ေပၚလာခ့ဲတယ္။ လူတိုင္းရ့ဲအျပဳအမူေတြကေတာ့ သူတို႔ရြာေလးန႔ဲတျခားဆီေပါ့။ လူေတြက ခိုးၾက ဝွက္ၾက လိမ္ညာစကားေတြကိုေျပာဆ္ိုၾကတာ သူတို႔အတြက္ေတာ့ ထမင္းစားေရေသာက္သက့ဲ ႐ိုးေနၾကပင္မ့ဲ ေမာင္ေမာင့္အတြက္ေတာ့ အလြန္ပင္ ႐ွက္ရြ႔ံစရာေကာင္းတ့ဲျမင္ကြင္းပဲေလ။ အႀကီးကိုလဲ အႀကီးမွန္းမသ္ိ ဘာသာတရားကိုင္း႐ိႈင္းတ့ဲသူကလဲ အနည္းငယ္မွ်သာ႐ွိတာကို ေမာင္ေမာင့္အတြက္ေတာ့ အလြန္ပင္ထူးဆနိးလြန္းေသာျဖစ္ရပ္ႀကီးျဖစ္ေပသည္။ တျခားမွမၾကံဳဘူးေသာ လူေတြန႔ဲေတြ႔ တစ္ခုမွ မျဖစ္ဘူးေသာ ငါးပါးသီလကိုက်ဴးလြန္ေနတ့ဲသူေတြေၾကာင့္ အလြန္ပင္ ေၾကာက္ရြ႔ံေနမိတယ္ေလ။ အ့ဲလိုိန႔ဲ ေမာင္ေမာင္မွာ ဗိုက္ဆာလို႔ မုန္႔ေလးတစ္ခုကိုသြားကို သြားေတာင္းမိေလသတ့ဲ ။ အ့ဲလိုန႔ဲဆိုင္႐ွင္က ေငြေတာင္းေတာ့ ေငြဆိုတာဘာလဲေပါ့။ တစ္ခါမွ မၾကံုဘူးေသာစကားေၾကာင့္ေမာင္ေမာင့္ခဗ်ာ ေၾကာင္ေၾကာင္ေတာင္ေတာင္ျဖစ္ေနတာေပ့ါ။ ဆိုင္႐ွင္ကလဲ ဒီလူဘယ္လိုလူလဲ မုန္႔ဝယ္ၿပီး ေငြလဲမေပးပါလား ႐ူးေနသလားေပါ့။ ေနာက္တစ္ေန႔ၾကေတာ့ ေမာင္ေမာင္ သူတို႔ေတာအုပ္ေလးဆီျပန္ေရာက္သြားတယ္ေလ။ သူမေန႔ကဟာေတြက အိမ္မက္ဘဲျဖစ္မွာပါေလ။ လူႀကီးေတြ မိသားစုေတြကိုျပန္ေျပာျပေတာ့ အေတာ္ပင္ ေၾကာက္စရာေကာင္းတ့ဲလုပ္ရပ့္ေတြပါလားလို႔ ေျပာၾကေလသတ့ဲ။
