Femi has a friend in the next compound, his name is Segun and he was a very playful boy. Segun has a sister whose name is Tayo and she is a friend to the twins. Many times Segun and his sister came to femi's house to play with him and his sisters.
One day, Femi's parents were going to visit an aunty who had just had a baby at the other end of the town and would not be back until late afternoon. As usual, Femi's parents called thier children together and his father said to femi.
"You are the man in this house when I am not around. Look after the house and your sisters. Please, do not go out of the compound to play; he said. "Yes sir, femi said. His father smiles at him. He was happy with his son because femi was a good boy. His mother too smiled at him. She was proud of him. The parents said their goodbyes and left.
