Hey guys,
Before you read on please, Resteem to get more followers!!!
Today I was thinking about how Steemit can help the new players to get a active follower base.
Now I thought of the following: Anyone who Likes, Resteemed, or Comment gets a personal follow from me.
If everyone would do this in response, then everyone has a new, reliable and active follower base as soon as possible.

I think promoting steemit outside of it is the best way to help it grow and keep you followed. Great content and keep giving out awesome value.
Begging for followers seems pretty pointless.
Do not ASK other people to value your blog.
Do the WORK to make your blog one that is worth following - and people will follow you.
I agree. You might get a few followers that way, but not necessarily quality followers. You want people who like what you have to offer. Follow for follow is good right at the beginning, just to get your feet wet, but if you're in it for the long haul, quality over quantity is probably the best way.
I agree.
Nice job!
Upvoted, followed and re-steemed :)
I am amazed at how good Steemit is for instantly finding something interesting to read about! Keep it up and spread the word! :D

Great idea !!
Resteem is not good option because you cant remove them. If you resteem, it's permanent. I resteemed many and now I regret it.
