Sorry, but my vote is NO.

Nothing personal, but spending $60,000 for a person living in THAILAND is way off.
For the same money, you could get 3-4 programmers in Thailand, who could improve the game.

Lower the salary to $30,000 - which is still A LOT considering Thailand - and I say yes.

But this way, nope, sorry but not sorry. You have to take living costs in relation to a job.
