Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Modric, Karim Benzema, Isco and Toni Kroos participated three times in the European Super Cup, only Brazilian Dani Alves (5) participated more in this tournament.
Diego Simeone will be the European Super Cup for the second time as coach after 2012, only Carlo Ancelotti (2003, 2007, 2014) and Pep Guardiola (2009, 2011, 2013) are the most active coaches in this tournament.
