The driver is dead . But it has nothing to do with the president. Where did you get this?
The particular report I found is sourced above (thesun.co.uk).
Was on a number of other sites as well. There wasn't any sort of report about "who" or "why", this is just some speculation from me.
I'm inclined to believe it was a mere coincidence and accident, but as this election draws closer and closer here in the United States, I fully anticipate things getting weirder and weirder... particularly when Obama has been so antagonistic towards Russia and Putin.
