Sunday outing to run on the river bank, 8.5 km covered in a purely aerobic way, enjoying a wonderful sunny, dry and comfortable temperature day.
The weather is still almost spring-like, quite dry for the time of year we are in, however, the meteorological services are warning us that a deep storm is coming that will bring us cold and rain.
Certainly, we need water, it is a shame to see the deplorable state of our rivers, at minimum levels never seen before, if it does not rain consistently in the coming weeks, it is most likely that in summer we will suffer from water supply cuts, which is not a good thing.
The run went well, nothing to note, accumulating kilometers to return to the path of improvement although the dog has had a hard time finding a puddle to cool off.

All things trees water and clouds are very beautiful sight. Here in Pakistan also the weather is such that the sun shines in the heart and it gets cold at night. Your dog is so cute.
