My first Reiki degree (Usui Shiki Ryoho)

During that day, initiations were given to open the ability to absorb and transmit healing energy.

The different hand positions were also taught. The emphasis was directed on the physical experience.

I practiced in giving and allowing Reiki flow to myself and to others.

That day, I was told about Reiki's origins and principles, about the way in which blockades arise and how to prevent them from occurring in the future.

If the life energy is flowing again, the old emotions that caused you the blockade can get over again.

You might consider the first-grade initiation as a big cleaning in your energetic system. Regular self-treatments are necessary maintenance tasks.

The more you exercise, the better you can perceive and interpret the Reiki energy. The personal growth that Reiki stimulates involves cleaning up all the things that are in harmony with your happiness and peace.

Both on the physical level, as well as emotions, thinking and spirituality, you are stimulated. The 1ste degree initiation has mainly a physical entrance. After the initiation, you’ll completely balance by giving Reiki to yourself. 21 days were recommended, but in fact I do it every day, no matter what.

By giving Reiki to yourself, you make constant use of the universal life energy to make this process aware and active.

The more blocks you can clean up, the cleaner you become as a channel to give Reiki, to others too.

Reiki is an energy that follows her own way, and which is not influenced by the will or the spirit. Reiki does what is best for someone

You never give your own energy. On the contrary, you lose yourself from the energy flow going through you to the extent that you need that energy yourself.

There are no conditions to attend this course. Everyone is welcome.
There is no specific knowledge or skill required and it is also no special talent. Everyone can learn. It is not for all clarity bound to a religion or sect.

At the end of the initiation, each participant receives a certificate; but a Reiki initiation brings something more important: energy for life you can use for yourself or for someone else, as often as you like.
