Hello friends of steemit, I will teach you to prepare a recipe with the fruit "maracuyá" which is one of my favorites, also known as "passion fruit", contains a rich flavor and with it we can prepare it in smoothies, cocktails and desserts. In this opportunity I will show you how to prepare the delicious passion fruit mousse that I assure you will leave you with the desire to eat it every day for the excellent flavor of this rich fruit, I will show you the preparation of this delicious and delicious dessert.
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups of passion fruit juice
- 3 fresh eggs
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
1. In a large refractory beat the egg yolks with the electric mixer for 5 minutes. While stirring add the sugar little by little.
2. When the yolks and sugar are well incorporated, add the condensed milk and passion fruit juice. Continue beating at low speed.
3. Meanwhile in ¼ cup of warm water dissolve the unflavored gelatin and add it to the dough.
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff (no sugar) and add to the previous preparation.
5. Moisten a refractory and in it add all the mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours, and before serving decorate with the pulp of a passion fruit.
Note: You can add condensed milk to serve, you will appreciate a more charming taste.
