Salut à tous, une queue de langouste juste cuite au four.
Avec un grand couteau la fendre en deux.
Assaisonner et mettre des noix de beurre.
Faire cuire dans un four bien chaud une vingtaine de minutes mais cela va dépendre de la taille de votre langouste, vérifier la cuisson avec une pointe de couteau.
A servir avec une mayonnaise par exemple.
