Salut à tous, des courgettes farcies avec une garniture de maïs, de haricots rouges, d'avocats, tomates et cheddar.
Couper les courgettes en deux et enlever les pépins avec une cuillère.
Mettre à cuire au four 15 minutes.
Pendant ce temps préparer la farce en écrasant l'avocat et en mélangeant les tomates coupées en dés et égouttées ainsi que le maïs et les haricots.
Garnir les courgettes et mettre du cheddar par dessus.
Remettre au four une dizaine de minutes et c'est prêt.
