Love Love Love sea Urchins but currently can't eat any, My friends and I were in Siargao this past week and we had such a nice lunch during our island hoping tour and it included sea urchins but the way they did the dish was a surprise to me as they removes so many from the actual shells and placed in a bowl with lemon and chilli, I imagine it was delicious unfortunately I was not able to taste this one.
Lovely pictures.

WOW a great moment :D

Is it a fish or is it fruit?

I think they are sea creatures but definitely not fruity. i had a taste of it few days ago and it tasted like raw liver.

Hi, great you are in the Philippines. How did you prepare yours ? as @cheft explained above, thats how the locals did it in siargao, with silli and 'Bi'vinegar, they loved it. it was sort of bland for me and i'd compare the taste to raw liver. do you enjoy it the same way? i wrote about my experience here.
