The Thanka painters, depicts the various teaching and principles of the Buddhism through their paintings.
They also explains the life of Lord Buddha and his message.
Buddhism the religion of peace and non violence was started by Lord Buddha, who was born in Nepal. Later , this religion was florished in various other countries such as China and India.
Tha paints used in Thankas are made from organic pigments and minerals.
