Fisherman

The fisherman arrived one of his friends helped him to carry his belonging.

A person who lives nearby with a house of bahay kubo means a small house made in bamboo materials. He showed me the fish that his friend give him a fish for lunch most fishermen in these area give and take to each other.

Hello everyone how are you today ? Its nice to breath a fresh air from the sea when the weather is hot this place made me calm and relax.The local's here name these place bantayan in visaya term means watched out. It was 12noon when i arrived the area i was sitting in the bamboo chair while i was talking to the person who lives here. He said he build a house here during lockdown/ or pandemic because he dont have any source of income from the city so he decided to lived here in the province and now his primary source for living is fishing so in this way he can survived. He bought a fishing net in the market and he made a boat where he used it daily whenever he wants to catch some fish.
When i was young i remember these place has a fishpond with a mud crab and fish owned by a rich old man who lives in these area. He made a cement pond barrier that is connected to the sea so that his fish would trap in his pond and let him grow there for a few months after that he would harvest the bigger ones sell it to the market. When the old man died these pond is no longer any fish at all it is completely abandoned no ones gonna take good care of it.
