On a different note ,i saw your comment about SP delegation ,i didnt quite get what you where saying.But i thought you wanted to delegate SP to someone.

Correct, you can "loan" your Steem Power to other people so that they can use some of your voting power, basically. It's not a very user-friendly process, because you can't just do it through the waller. I was pointed to jesta's tool Vessel, which should help with this, but it still seems a bit complicated to me.
It was the minnowsupportbot I wanted to delegate too. I highly suggest you check out the minnow support group, you're a perfect candidate to use the tools there to upvote your content and get it more visible:
