How To Cure Depression?!

In Modern society, depression has become become a major issue. With each generation having more and more people suffering from it. But Why?! Well earlier generations had a very different lifestyle from our current generation. There was no internet and no social media. That's why I felt the need to address this issue.

How To Cure Depression?!

Well there are 6 things you need to cure depression:

1. Physical Activity

As humans we used to do alot of physical activity. On average,we used exercise for at least 4 hours each day. So start off by examining how much time each day do you dedicate to exercise. The reason exercise is so important is what it does to your brain. When you exercise neurotransmitters like dopamine increase in activity levels acting as an anti-depressants and lifting up your mood.

2. Social Connections

Humans are known to be social creatures and maintaining social connections is an important part of our lives. Not having close social connections is devastating and can have numerous effects on many levels on your daily life. You might say but I interact with people online all the time. Well that's the problem as the hormones released when interacting with people face to face are so different from the hormones produced in online social media and don't get me wrong I am NOT against social media but I think having face to face interactions are also important.

3. Sunlight

This will sound strange for some but many people around the globe work in offices these days meaning they don't get much sunlight. What sunlight does to you is that it converts fat under your skin to vitamin D which is responsible for various things such as Muscle health and your immune system. Another reason why sunlight is important is that sunlight is much brighter than your average indoor lighting. This is especially important for the circadian rhythms which controls your hormone secretion.

4. Sleep

Messing up your sleep means you're more prone to depression as researchers have found that disrupting sleep cycles is one of the potent triggers of depression. To Have a Healthy Sleep you need 7-8 hours of sleep. If you're having trouble sleeping try to limit your use of phones or laptops before going to sleep.

5. Omega-3 Supplements

Look when it comes to supplements many people can disagree on what to take but when the talk is about Omega-3 supplements it's quite universal that it is a must have. That's because the amount of Omega-3 should equal the amount of Omega-6 found in our bodies. For reference, Omega-6 is the type of fat you get from eating fast food and Omega-3 is what you get from fish and free-range animals

Hello, my brother had depression as well. He was at the mental hospital many time but it did not really helped. the antidepressants had many adverse reaction. thats why he dried an other medical approach. he went to a chinese doctor and he gave him a herbal medicine called "ease" or "ease plus". Google it, there are some suppliers where you can buy it. after 6 weeks of consuming it he felt the first results and now he is on the road to recovery. He has much more energy and is much more happy. i think "ease" or "ease plus" can help many, many people who are depressed. Good luck!
