Bali is awesome!

As the only Hindu island in the 1800 (or so) islands of Indonesia, the people were reserved about tourists.

We visited some temples and found the ritual dances quite colorful and interesting (see photo).

They have customs about covering shoulders and knees before entering holy places, but also loaned us wrappings at no charge.

Massages in pagodas by the beach were cheap and relaxing.

Seafood is abundant and fresh - It's an island!

I'm glad we didn't drive there, as someone hit our driver's car from behind and requested compensation because our van had tourists. Our driver had to pay!

Tip: Their alphabet doesn't have an "x", so their spelling for "Taxi" is "Taksi".
