LIFE IS ONE.. IT SHOULD BE BIG.. WE SHOULD MAKE IT BIG.. NOT IN SIZE, BUT IN QUALITY.

However, we don't reailze it.. we worry about many small things, carry sorrows from past, get stressed about future and thus make our life shorter and less enjoyable.
Is there any way, we can make the most of our life? YES.... MINDFULLNESS. It can give us a better life from all angles.
Out of many ways, the least talked about and easiest way is to be 'Mindfull' always, i.e. LIVE IN THE PRESENT.
Science says that at least 50 thoughts pop up in our mind every minute. And this crowd of thoughts prevents 'Mindfullness' to take place.

To be 'mindful' we have to give space for only one thought at a time. We have to concentrate on exactly what we are doing right now. Being present fully in the current moment brings 'Mindfullness'.

For example: - Say, you are playing with your kids in the garden. And at the same time you are worrying about your next 'home loan EMI', your next doctor's appointment, the job interview outcome that will be announced shortly or the argument that you lost recently against a demanding neighbour. While all these extra thoughts are important, you, for the moment, should only concentrate on 'playing with kids', that's it. It sounds simple, but needs practice.
Once adopted properly, it will bring the 'peace of mind' that everyone longs for and thus it makes life better.
So, it is utmost important to adopt and apply 'Mindfullness' in every moment (if not every, most of the moments of the day) and live the life to the fullest.
I am personally going through a very tough phase in my life and so, get stressed very frequently. It is also affecting my health. I was recently searching for a solution to my mental and physical situation. My family physician told me about 'Mindfullness' and explained how it can help me feel better. I am practicing it since then. I have a long way to go to find peace. In the mean time I thought this would be worth sharing on Steemit platform.
Hope you all like it.
