- If you smile at yourself at the very beginning of the day, The day will smile at you rest of the day.
- Don't wait for love. Rather you should deliver everyone that you already have.
- Look at the eyes while talking to a person to establishing mutual understanding.
- Do not engage your neuron with unnecessary thoughts. Your thoughts is the most valuable things to you.
- Do not sleep late at night 🌃. How you spend your ending period of a day affects the starting of next day.
- Be careful about listen song. Song greatly influence on our mind. So, always choose positive lyrical song.
- Avoid unnecessary debate with anyone. Because it will not produce anything good.
- Breath is the natural fuel for your physical and mental health. Take a long breathe for instant happyness.
- Looping thoughts are very bad. And also can't be stopped. Writing is the best medicine of this.
- Always pray. Praying release all the negetive energy and give you a causeless relaxation and peace.
