Stanford University researchers agree that there are 3 primary ways to lose weight effectively according to their study.
1. Eat More Veggies
Only 1 in 10 Americans meet their produce intake per day. Veggies flood the body with essential nutrients to better ward off diseases.
2. Eat Less Sugar
Americans eat 19 teaspoons of sugar each day so minimizing sugar intake will essentially help reduce the waistline. Cutting back sugar is recommended on every diet plan.
3. Eat More Whole Foods

Your post is very good ... That's the way we should feed ourselves, but in most cases, we have the scheme the other way around ... we eat more than we should not and we eat less than if it nourishes the organism .
