The study says that the fish oil pills contained high levels of omega-3 fatty acids (2000 mg a day), so you may not get the same results from eating foods like fish, which are rich in the nutrient.
I don't understand. If the pills "contained high levels of omega-3 fatty acids (2000 mg a day)"...how is that not a good thing?
Its mean we should take the right amount of omega-3. Excess is not always good for health.
