Is there a way to remove the husks and dry the corn so that it can be sold or used later when there isn't so much corn on the market?

there is a way, but it takes a long process, the method is that the children of corn we dry and we make the seeds again, and can be sold on the market.
Farmers here take all of the kernels off the cob and put them in huge storage facilities that have heat and arms that stir the corn while it is drying. Once it is dried properly they can store it until the price goes back up. The price is always low at harvest time
