Do you at times just want to beat yourself up for
some silly mistakes?
And for some of you, self harm is not just beating
yourself mildly. You may be cutting yourself, biting your
nails till it bleed?
Be it self harming mildly or in a more extreme way.
I know that you are in pain.
And your pain is more extreme then the harm that you
are doing to yourself.
I am not going to be your usual counsellor to say that self
harming is bad and you should stop it.
Well on hindsight it is, but...
If I am going to say that, you would want to
do it even more right?
I believe its your defense mechanism in play.
Today, i would like to share with you a few defense
mechanism which you can explored.
