It is not the situation that is causing you stress. It’s your own thoughts. You can change them right now and here and choose to be peaceful. PEACE IS A CHOICE😊 it has nothing to do with what others do or say.
So let’s practice to control our negative thoughts and try to be more happy and peaceful having positive attitude. It might sound difficult but it’s DOABLE YES ITS DOABLE.

Eliminating all stress would lead to death... Stress to find food, stress to find shelter, ignoring all stress is not good, but finding a balance is key... I guess...
