We are halfway through 2016 and I bet not many of you are still on track with all the fitness resolutions you made on January 1st. As the second half of the year is upon us we are looking for a quick and easy way to loose weight. Lets be realistic here and set some attainable goals. As a personal trainer I always tell my clients to set small realistic goals as they are more likely to stick to them. Lose one pound and then repeat. One pound is equivalent to 3,500 calories. Mix and match these 500-calorie burning workouts every day for a week, and viola, one pound gone. Seems too easy, well it really is when you look at it this way and you are having fun doing it.
