I registered Earn.com some couple of weeks ago, I connected my Linkedin and Facebook account then my account got verified. I managed to make 5$ in some couple of days and they suspended my account without a reason. I didn't do anything except completing their tasks that offered even I didn't contacted any spam account or anything. I contacted to support and they asked me to try again but still it was suspended. Then they asked my username and after that they didn't even answer my emails. I can't even log in and delete my account. They are not active in social media or in their blog. Last things they shared was already some weeks old. Earn.com seems to be a looking good scam. Don't be fooled be careful about it.
I think you need to give it a bit more time. There are real people behind that stuff... not robots!
