The Mandela Effect (explained?)

I should have known better than to simply cast this silly idea away. But there it was in Chapter Six of Animal Farm.

“No animal shall sleep in a bed WITH SHEETS.”

CLICK! Now I get it.

I’m surprised I never noticed this before, but ALAS! How interesting it is what one can find by simply picking up a book and reading it (or re-reading it) with a critical eye.

The idea that some sort of cosmic magic could be responsible for a population’s conclusion that history is being altered is more than a little far-fetched, right?

Then again, I like to consider myself open minded and unwilling to discard odd and outrageous theories because I think they SEEM…odd or outrageous. Let's just say that too many things have happened in the not-too-distant past, leaving me a little skeptical about what's being reported in the up-to-date moment.

So, is there some cosmic magic (or parallel universe) rewriting our history? Or, is it possible there is some orchestrated effort underway to confuse everyone? If the population is no longer able to trust what it knows (or thinks it knows) as truth, isn't it then susceptible to believing anything...like a cosmic force bent on changing history?

Remember, all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.
