“Do you feel gloomy? Lift your eyes. Stand on your feet. Say a few words of appreciation and love to the Lord. Be positive”
-Gordon B. Hinckley
Feeling upset or sad is natural but remaining in a constant gloomy state of mind is offbeat. Because we all know ups and downs are part of our lives and we have different ways to tackle with them or at least we make some efforts to handle the odd situation. A few tragedies, such as characteristic calamities, fear assaults, or indeed budgetary emergencies, are past our control. But we do have control over how we react to them. A few individuals rise to the event and appear what they’re made of, whereas others.
We learn what they’re made of as well. The truth is, catastrophe brings out best and the worst in people.
Lessons We Can Learn from Tragedy

“Nature study will show you how full of beautiful and wonderful things God has made the world for you to enjoy. Be content with what you have got and make the best of it. Look on the bright side of things instead of the gloomy one.”
-Robert Baden-Powell
Just as a rainbow after a shower, some behaviour is a beautiful sight to behold on the heels of a tragedy.
- Be cooperative. Be supportive and friendly but don’t be arrogant.
- Be substantial. You have too generous and give without being asked.
- Be loveable: keep your behaviour positive and love others.
- Be generous. If you can’t contribute money, give of yourself. Work for humanity.
- Be insolent. Problems are best addressed before they arise.
- Be courageous. Don’t avoid the situation just face it
- Be action-oriented. Nothing happens until you make it happen.
- Be realistic. It is important for you to face reality, and find a way to deal with the adversity.
In these times there are many things that worry us, we often feel grim

I suggest you should try these two;
Be courageous. Don’t avoid the situation just face it
Be action-oriented. Nothing happens until you make it happen.
