For many, Steemit can give them a full time salary by working a few hours pr. week if they just power up, hold, and engage with the community. One more thing! - Since you are working a lot for a better platform (witness, always voting comments etc) have you thought about waiting to vote on your own post for some time, so you can reward your followers with better curation rewards? I will start doing that today, even though my SP is nowhere near yours :)
