Hi @chbartist this post is truly inspiring for those who feel down and broken. They must read this and am sure they will learn a lot to handle such situations in life. Liked the example of Madan Kataria about laughter yoga. Laughter is the best way to keep our mind happy and when our mind is happy that time we forget all our problem. Life runs in a zigzag form and ups and downs are part of life. We must be patient and happy in any situations and that's the way of life.
