After a workshop I attended two years ago, the way I think about planning a new year was changed. I'm not starting with measurable objectives and clear tasks but with a deeper question:
Who do I want to become this year?
Why is this working? Because it gives me the direction in which I will align all the small tasks, objectives, milestone. And evaluating the year will be also easier. Am I closer to that person I want to become or not?
This year, for me, the answer sounds like: I want to become a more outspoken person, taking the best from all my fights. And I want to remain the same non-judging and accepting human being for all those in need for a good listener and a curious questioner.
So, who do you want to become this year?
Welcome back ;)
I want to be the best of me yet but worse than in 2019.
thank you, Alex! Glad to see you're still here.
:)) nice said, never thought of it like this
This year I want to use as much time as my family.
I always want to be growing. ( learn, time, happy )
