We didn't even think about it as it didn't arrive as a faulty product and it broke because of incorrect handling so no way to claim anything from the manufacturer. And the plumber knew it was the impact (probably at one of the corners) that made the glass shatter, I wasn't by their side when it happened, we just heard it from the other room where we were. The rest of the work they did well... yesterday morning he already ordered a new screen and sent me a message that it will arrive during this week. He seems honest and responsible, but the story will finish just when we have all the parts fixed. 😅
