Celebrando con un helado la exitosa tarde de carnaval (Esp-Eng)

En la semana de carnaval mi equipo y yo trabajamos para realizar una presentación en el centro comercial ''Costa Mall''. Mi amiga July, encargada de los eventos del centro comercial trabajó en conjunto con nosotros para realizar esta hermosa actividad.

La misma terminó en una hora loca súper divertida y les juro, nunca había visto costa mall tan alegre.

El público quedó encantado con toda la presentación, los juegos, la animación y el cierre.

Así que decidí comprar unos helados para agradar a las chicas por todo el esfuerzo que mostraron en este mes. Ellas no querían que los comprara para que no ''gastara'' pero, insistí.

During carnival week my team and I worked together to make a presentation at the ‘'Costa Mall’'. My friend July, who is in charge of events at the mall, worked together with us to make this beautiful activity happen.

It ended in a super fun crazy hour and I swear, I have never seen Costa Mall so happy.

The public was delighted with the whole presentation, the games, the animation and the closing.

So I decided to buy some ice cream to thank the girls for all the effort they showed this month. They didn't want me to buy them so I wouldn't ‘'waste’' them, but I insisted.

Este equipo es el mejor que Dios pudo poner en mi camino.

Estas chicas se han involucrado tanto con el proyecto que tienen ideas para hacerlo crecer, lo cuidan y valoran tanto como yo.

Diariamente veo su entusiasmo por seguir trabajando, aprendiendo, creciendo y eso me hace realmente feliz.

Cada vez que tenemos una idea, todas trabajamos en conjunto para dar los mejores resultados.

Las chicas siempre tienen ideas para eventos, talleres y para incorporar a sus clases y mejorar la planificación. Respetan mis límites y me respetan como líder, eso lo aprecio aún más.

Para los helados fuimos a la Heladería 4D, ya que considero que son los mejores helados en referencia a la calidad-precio.

This team is the best that God could have put in my path.

These girls have become so involved with the project that they have ideas to make it grow, they take care of it and value it as much as I do.

Every day I see their enthusiasm to keep working, learning, growing and that makes me really happy.

Every time we have an idea, we all work together to give the best results.

The girls always have ideas for events, workshops and to incorporate into their classes to improve the planning. They respect my boundaries and respect me as a leader, I appreciate that even more.

For ice cream we went to 4D Ice Cream Parlor, as I consider them to be the best ice cream in reference to value for money.

Las chicas escogieron sus heladitos mientras bromeábamos y hablábamos de muchas cosas.

Nos sentíamos súper satisfechas con el resultado del evento, los papás habían quedado encantados y constantemente nos repetían lo hermoso que había quedado todo, incluso una de las profes me dijo ''Creo que por fin dimos en el clavo'' ya que no escuchamos nunca un comentario negativo y eso es un logro enorme.

El grupo estaba feliz con sus barquillas.

The girls chose their ice cream while we joked and talked about many things.

We were very satisfied with the result of the event, the parents were delighted and constantly told us how beautiful everything had turned out, even one of the teachers told me ‘'I think we finally hit the nail on the head’' because we never heard a negative comment and that is a huge achievement.

The group was happy with their nacelles.

Nos causó mucha gracia que Skay le pidiera a Zoyli a probar de su barquilla pues era de limón, ya le he probado y es deliciosa.

Pero cuando Skay probó no le gustó para nada y puso una cara muy chistosa, nos reímos mucho de esto.

El grupo me agradeció el detalle y concluimos que debíamos reunirnos un día para conversar sobre los futuros planes.

Les doy un adelanto: No nos hemos reunido jaja, es que es complicado agendar un día que todas podamos ya que una es mamá y su tiempo es limitado, otras estudian y trabajan y a mi no me gusta forzarles su tiempo.

We were very amused when Skay asked Zoyli to try her lemon bar, I have already tasted it and it is delicious.

But when Skay tasted it he didn't like it at all and made a very funny face, we laughed a lot about it.

The group thanked me for the detail and we concluded that we should meet one day to talk about future plans.

I give you a preview: We have not met haha, is that it is difficult to schedule a day that we all can because one is a mom and her time is limited, others study and work and I do not like to force their time.

Cuando era empleada me di cuenta de lo importante que es agradar a tu equipo y que sientan que son una parte fundamental del proyecto.

Un empleado feliz protegerá y hará crecer tu negocio, además ayudarlo a crecer laboralmente te asegura que éxito en tus planes.

Particularmente me gusta impulsarlas a que realicen cursos y obtengan nuevos conocimientos, no limito su creatividad en sus clases y ellas dejan fluir todo su talento.

Así cerramos una exitosa tarde y un nuevo recuerdo para nuestra relación laboral y amistosa.

When I was an employee I realized how important it is to please your team and make them feel that they are a fundamental part of the project.

A happy employee will protect and grow your business, and helping them to grow professionally will ensure the success of your plans.

I particularly like to encourage them to take courses and gain new knowledge, I do not limit their creativity in their classes and they let all their talent flow.
