El Señor Jesus no ve lo que nosotros vemos. || The Lord Jesus does not see what we see.

Our Lord is not limited to just seeing what we see, he sees much further, he sees what we can become.

O Jehovah, you have examined me and known me.
2 You have known my sitting and my rising;
You have understood my thoughts from afar.
3 You have searched my walk and my rest,
And all my ways are known to you.
4 For the word is not yet on my tongue,
And behold, O Jehovah, you know it all.
5 You surrounded me behind and before,
And you laid your hand on me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It's tall, I can't understand it.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
And where will I flee from your presence?
8 If I ascend to heaven, you are there;
And if I make my footstool in Sheol, behold, there you are.
9 If I take the wings of the dawn
And I will dwell at the end of the sea,
10 Even there your hand will guide me,
And your right hand will take hold of me.
11 If I say, Surely darkness will cover me;
Even the night will shine around me.
12 Even darkness does not cover you,
And the night shines like the day;
The darkness and the light are the same to you.
13 For you formed my inward parts;
You made me in my mother's belly.
14 I will praise you; because formidable, marvelous are your works;
I'm amazed,
And my soul knows it very well.

Psalms 139:1-14

Let us note that in the beginning of creation, in the book of Genesis God had observed all of his creation and declared that it was good, we have been wonderfully made with incredible potential.

31 And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, he was very good. And there was evening and morning the sixth day.

Genesis 1:31

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance for us to walk in.

Ephesians 2:10

Even knowing this, at some moments we can come to doubt the veracity of this, this is simply because many times we only keep the times we failed, in the Bible we can also find some examples in which perhaps they could have felt equal.

Let's remember the story of Moses, he had many advantages while he lived in Egypt in the Pharaoh's palace, later he killed an Egyptian and that forced him to flee the country, with this record it seems that Moses was not the best candidate to lead the liberation of the Israelites. But God did not just observe who Moses was at that moment and what his current situation was, God observed far beyond what Moses had already done, God observed who Moses could become.

The apostle Paul, long before his conversion, was a faithful persecutor of the church, of those who followed Christ, Saul was very jealous of his religion and murdered believers, but this was not a limitation for God to use him as one of the key New Testament evangelists, author of most of the writings of this New Testament.

Let us remember the apostle Peter that not only once, he denied the Lord Jesus Christ three times, he denied knowing him in front of other people, in any case God chose him to be the preacher on the day of Pentecost. God is not limited to who we currently are or what our past has been, no matter how dark it may seem, God knows our weaknesses and also our possibilities, who we are capable of being in Christ and gives us all the resources to achieve it.

Nuestro señor no se limita solo a ver lo que nosotros vemos, él ve mucho mas allá, ve lo que podemos llegar a ser.

Oh Jehová, tú me has examinado y conocido.
2 Tú has conocido mi sentarme y mi levantarme;
Has entendido desde lejos mis pensamientos.
3 Has escudriñado mi andar y mi reposo,
Y todos mis caminos te son conocidos.

Salmos 139:1-14

Observemos que en el principio de la creación, en el libro de Génesis Dios había observado toda su creación y declaró que era bueno, nosotros hemos sido hecho maravillosamente con un increíble potencial.

31 Y vio Dios todo lo que había hecho, y he aquí que era bueno en gran manera. Y fue la tarde y la mañana el día sexto.

Génesis 1:31

10 Porque somos hechura suya, creados en Cristo Jesús para buenas obras, las cuales Dios preparó de antemano para que anduviésemos en ellas.

Efesios 2:10

Aún sabiendo esto en algunos momentos podemos llegar a dudar de la veracidad de esto, esto es simplemente porque muchas veces sólo nos quedamos con las veces que fallamos, en la Biblia también podemos encontrar algunos ejemplos en los cuales quizás pudieron sentirse igual.

Recordemos la historia de Moisés, él tenía muchísimas ventajas mientras vivía en Egipto en el palacio del faraón, más tarde mató un egipcio y eso lo obligó a huir del país, con este historial pareciera que Moisés no era el mejor candidato para liderar la liberación de los israelitas. Pero Dios no se limitó a observar quién era Moisés en ese momento solamente y cuál era su situación actual, Dios observó mucho más allá de lo que Moisés ya había hecho, Dios observó quién podía llegar a ser Moises.

El apóstol Pablo mucho antes de su conversión era un fiel perseguidor de la iglesia, de los que seguían a Cristo, Saulo muy celoso de su religión asesinar a los creyentes, pero esto no fue una limitante para que Dios lo utilizara como uno de los evangelistas claves de nuevo testamento autor de la mayoría de los escritos de este nuevo testamento.

Recordemos al apóstol Pedro que no sólo una vez, el negó tres veces al señor Jesucristo, negó conocerle delante de las demás personas, de todas maneras Dios lo eligió para que fuera el predicador en el día del Pentecostés. Dios no se limita a quienes somos actualmente o cual ha sido nuestro pasado por más oscuro que parezca, Dios conoce nuestras debilidades y también nuestras posibilidades, quienes somos capaces de ser en Cristo y nos da todos los recursos para que lo logremos.
