This is the day our Lord has made for us to be grateful for all that happens to us.
As we were preparing for the opening of the School Year 2024-2025, of course, we had our Brigada Eskwela Activity.
In my new station, I am not familiar with the School's Stakeholders. However, I did try my best to gather important people in our community to be part of our nationwide activity.
I was also grateful for the active participation of all the teaching and non-teaching staff for the support.
Together with us were the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Fire Protection, the Barangay Captain, the Barangay Committee on Education, the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) Officers, and, of course,, the parents and learners.
We had our parade to show the community how important our activity was.
I was very happy that the Philippine National Police were able to join us and lead the traffic.
After the parade, the snacks were served, and the opening program was also followed.
Some of the parents wanted to immediately do the Brigada activity when we arrived after the parade.
I did not allow them because we needed to have the Opening program first.
I am very happy that our invited guests were present and as they gave their speech I was delighted.
We also received cash donations from our partners.
For the last part of the program, the signing of the commitment was done by the guests and the teachers.
After the program, the Brigada Activity was executed. The School Brigada Coordinator prepared a monitoring sheet for those learners and parents who participated in the said activity.
By the way, our invited guests, as well as the teaching and non-teaching staff, were having lunch prepared by our food in charge.
Our Day 1 was indeed a successful one.
The spirit of Bayanihan was evident in the said activity.
My heart is full of gratitude despite being new to my assigned school.
Thank you for reading my blog 👍😘🥰. God bless You all!!!
