Les cuentos mis queridos amigos es tradición familiar hacer muchos postre y colocarlo en la mesa para la cena del 31 siempre hacemos tortas, dulces y turrones, mi hermana hace la torta negra navideña; pero como yo tenía una rica calabaza en casa hice un rico pastel vegano sin huevo ni leche y me quedó delicioso todos estaban contento con el pastel de calabaza y pasas comieron que repitieron, la verdad es que aquí la calabaza me ayudó mucho estaba en el punto especial dulce, cremosa y bien naranja con un sabor extraordinario, así que seleccionar una buena calabaza es lo ideal para hacer este rico pastel.

INGREDIENTES :
● Tres tazas de harina de trigo.

● Media calabaza.
● Una taza de pasa.

PREPARACIÓN DEL PASTEL:
Comenzamos picando la calabaza y la colocamos con un litro de agua al fuego hasta que la calabaza afloje, luego dejamos reposar y con una cuchara sacamos toda la crema de la calabaza y la colocamos en la licuadora agregándole la misma agua donde se cocinó la calabaza y licuamos todo hasta formar una mezcla deliciosa con un color encantador.

Que bueno es compartir un postre o una comida en familia que sea saludable y para celebrar la llegada de del nuevo año, cuando era pequeño recuerdo que esta torta de calabaza era muy popular en casa; pero ahora le colocamos pasas y la hacemos al estilo vegano y mira que queda deliciosa así que amigos veganos los invito a hacerla es un postre que sus amigos o familia no van a rechazar.
