So far we are taking a long break. I really wish I didn't have to work haha. For all the restaurants I have worked at I have only been a cook that does what I'm told and follow the recipes of the boss. I'm no better chef then most people that can follow a recipe. The only thing is that I have years of experience in kitchens.

What about starting your own food business? i think you have a lot of knowledge in vegan food, that could be your niche

I have always dreamed of a small business, but the realities are, I don't have the money, I can't get a loan, I'm not business smart, I don't like dealing with public, and restaurants are closing one by one. We are in troubled times and it's getting worse. I have stalked up survival gear just in case haha.

One idea is to start it online only by delivery, you make a menu, take photos of all dishes and sign your restaurant into delivery apps and that way you could work from your home kitchen and only from real orders... i dont know... just a idea!
