Silver Needle Tea is a world-renowned and prestigious type of white tea that has been originated in China and Japan but now we can also find Silver Needle Tea here in India as well.
Silver Needle Tea is basically made from the young buds of the tea plant, especially during the period of Spring.

Silver Needle Tea is known for its light flavor and color, and its smooth texture goes down the throat pretty easily. This tea is considered one of the best teas in the world as it contains an abundance of antioxidants while having minimal processing of the tea itself, which means you get all the good stuff in the tea without any harmful chemicals around.

Now you might have noticed that I said that good Silver Needle Tea is made from young buds especially from the Spring season as that period of the year yields the most flavour. But most of the time people also harvest tea buds even if they are not in Season and make Silver Needle Tea but this leads to lesser quality Tea and that is why Silver Needle Tea price ranges from 300 INR per 100 gm to all the way to 1600 INR per 100 gm.
