I like the idea of putting together a community. With my pattern of work, I'm hesitant to over-commit to anything else, but I think it's safe to say that I'd be a regular poster and consistently supportive (with occasional breaks for real life, lol).

But my devious little brain also went to the idea of "hmmm... new token incoming.... rewards for the EDS community paid out in EDSCM. EDS Community Miner" 😁

I wonder if there's any mileage in tying something together with @zakludick's Busy Bees group - we share quite a few members in common and have similar goals, and mentoring is something Zak is incredibly strong on (and good at !) so perhaps a single community that brings both together could be an idea.

Buddying people up is definitely a great idea. I'd suggest each new person gets a buddy/mentor and a reserve one. That way, if the buddy goes inactive for any reason, we don't lose the new Hiver as well.
