Today, more than ever, I feel deeply wounded
beware of destiny,
of the impulses of my heartbeat,
for my blood is in your cup of wine.

Beware of the perfumes of the roses
that commemorate the gardenias at night,
for you will not forget among so many things
that we joined carnation and rose until breaking the clasps.

Beware of my sailboat at dawn
because it sails through the skies of this world,
they watch you from afar and cause
the storms in the deepest sea to perish.

Beware of my desire to cross the desert,
wandering in what you called a love of sand,
escaping from your lips, turning false into truth,
though in your oasis, I was a fish when I thought I was a mermaid.

Finally, beware of those hazel eyes
that blindly fell into disillusion
seeing their pupils as the target of darts
as if condemned before the firing squad.

Hoy mas que nunca me siento muy herido
cuídate del destino,
de los impulsos de mis latidos,
porque está mi sangre en tu copa de vino.

Cuídate de los perfumes de las rosas
que conmemoran a las gardenias por las noches,
porque no olvidarás entre tantas cosas
que unimos clavel y rosa hasta botar los broches.

Cuídate de mi velero al amanecer
porque navega por los cielos de este mundo,
te miran a lo lejos y hacen perecer
las tormentas en el mar mas profundo.

Cuídate de mis ansias de emprender el desierto,
que van vagar en lo que llamaste amor de arena
escapándose de tu boca dando falso por cierto
aunque en tu oasis siempre era pez cuando creí que era sirena.

Por último cuídate de aquellos ojos pardos
que ciegamente cayeron en la desilusión
de ver sus pupilas como blanco de los dardos
como si fuera un condenado en el paredón.
