It's impossible for one to have never encounter a problem in life, it depends on how the problem is handled, they can lead to worries if care is not taken, Worrying is just a waste of time. In this life you should always note some important facts that Good and bad things happen in life, you just have to keep living and not stress over what you can't control.
There are many people out there who also had the same problem you might be going through and have conquered it, seek for advice from people but not anybody you see but professionals or people who had the experience, that will be resourceful,
Listening to music can take your mind off worries, this really works, music seems to be a tool for refreshing the mind.
Don't depend on anyone, just believe in favor from God, when you depend on people to do you favor, they will promise you but not everyone fulfil there promises, if you put your mind to promises, trust me with some of my experience on that, they might end up failing there promises with some constructive lies to back it up, have options don't focus on one while seeking for favor, and "the best favor you could ever get is from God", when you believe in this words, you won't have to worry too much.
I am not rich and at the same time I am not poor, there are people around me with fortunes, living luxurious life and likewise there are still some people who are very poor who hardly eat three meal a day, so why the worries. I am thinking of living large, in the process of doing so,waa the poor one are also looking up to me, Be thankful for what you have.
We all want to be rich, but you don't have to worry yourself or stress yourself about it, we all have our own time for everything in life, Worrying can lead to committing atrocities, crimes, when you do things and boycott worries you are living a free world.
worrying can affect your daily life so much that it may interfere with someone appetite, lifestyle relationships, sleep, job, and behavior . Those who worry excessively are so anxiety-ridden that they seek relief in harmful lifestyle habits such as overeating, cigarette smoking, or using alcohol and drugs.
